If you are looking for something to do this February half term, why not pay a visit County Fermanagh in Northern Ireland.

Often referred to as Ireland’s Lake District due to being in the basin of the River Erne, Fermanagh is one of the more traditional counties of Ireland. Located within the province of Ulster and part of Northern Ireland, the county is approximately 120 km (75 mi) from Belfast and 160 km (99 mi) from Dublin.

Lough Erne, is considered the jewel in Fermanagh’s crown, and the perfect location for watersports. Whether you are interested in fishing, waterskiing, cruising or canoeing this superb lake and setting has it all. If water is not your thing, there’s plenty of other things to do including caving, walking, cycling and horse-riding.

If you are looking for some retail therapy, then Enniskillen is the perfect place to head for that weekend shopping trip.
