"An amazing park, and a lovely, welcoming atmosphere from all the staff. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and well kitted out (Super Finch). The shop was really handy on site and the freshly made bread to order is a must!! The swimming pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus for such an intimate park. Dog walking area is great too, but dogs have to remain on leads at all times. Only 10 minutes from the main town and 15 minutes from Dartmoor. Tamar Valley walks are only 5/10 minutes away - not for those that don't like walking up and down hills!! Tavistock market was also a great place with a lovely atmosphere to visit along with a lovely walk along the side of the canel. Oggy Oggy is a great place to grab a bite to eat (pies and pasties were fab), and cupcakes and treats went down very well as gifts!! Always a lovely place to come back to - beds were comfy and it felt like home for the time we stayed! The present of fudge, tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets on arrival was a wonderful touch after a long journey, even if the fudge didn't last very long!!
