"Only stayed in the site for 4 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. The caravan was a very good size and well equipped. Although there was no toaster, that was available in reception for a deposit. The access to the beach was only a couple on minutes away which was great for walking the dog, must admit the places we went were very dog friendly with bowls of drinking water outside thier shops etc. The railway station is in the centre of St Bees, so handy for either Carlisle or Barrow. Anyone who remembers the steam trains MUST go on the Ravenglass Miniture railway, but wrap up warm on a cool day as some of the carriages are quite open. The staff in Reception were very helpfull regarding petrol stations etc (as there is not one in St Bees). Will definitely be going back again next year. 28/09/2011 00:00:00"

"Seacote park has a calm relaxing atmosphere with beautiful scenic views all around. With both access to the beach and the lake district. Very dog friendly you can even call in at the local bar and take the dog in. When we arrived the staff were very helpful and directed us to our caravan.
