"We absolutely loved our break at Dacre Lakeside Park. They even provided bathrobes, towels and slippers. The lodge was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The hot tub was pure luxury and was inspected every day. Joyce who was on reception (and served us our drinks) couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. It was only 10 mins walk from the village where there is a Costcutters, a Post Office and a pub that sold lovely food. We will definitely be going back next year. 19/05/2011 05:05:54"

"The location of the log cabin is superb, spent a lot of time in the hot tub just watching the wildlife (ducks, ducklings, swans and birds) the ducks even came up on to our patio and knocked on the window with their beaks asking for food!!!
