Big is not always best for family holidays…
… well certainly not where holiday operators are concerned. According to the latest survey by consumer watchdog Which? the large tour operators including Cosmos, Thomas Cook and First Choice were at the bottom of the customer satisfaction table. While head of Thomas Cook UK expressed concerns in “finding these results difficult to accept” it doesn’t make happy reading for the major tour operators.
